How do I set up direct deposit to the Credit Union? For direct deposit to your checking account, provide your employer’s payroll or human resources department the credit union’s routing and transit number and the checking account from the bottom of your checks. For direct deposit to your savings account, use the routing and transit number listed above and your full membership number plus 00 to indicated your savings suffix.
Where can I use my ATM card surcharge free? The Credit Union provides debit card holders 8 free (no credit union fee) ATM withdrawals per month. The credit union provides members in Nebraska access to the Networks ATM network for surcharge-free ATM withdrawals at Union Bank, US Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Liberty First Credit Union, LincOne Credit Union, People’s Choice Credit Union Nebraska ATM machines. There is never a charge for asking for ‘cash back’ when using your debit card with a PIN number at a merchant. Since we don't control these other financial institutions, these locations are subject to change.
How do I report a lost or stolen credit union Debit Card? During regular business hours, call the credit union immediately. If you realize your debit card is lost or stolen after regular business hours, call 800-554-8969. This toll-free number goes directly to our debit card processor and is available 24 hours a day. What are the limits on the use of my credit union Debit Card? All transactions on member debit cards are limited to the amount available within their checking account and certain pre-determined limits for security measures. Debit card users may withdraw up to $500 per card per day at an ATM machine. They may use their debit card as a PIN based transaction at a merchant for an additional $500 per card per day. Members may use their debit card as a signature based transaction up to $1,500 per account per day. What fees are associated with my credit union debit card and checking account?
